Leadership Coach Chris March launches new coaching program for executives

Chris March has empowered many leaders to create positive change in their workplaces. He has now developed a new coaching program specifically to impact more leaders and how they conduct their work.

After many years in senior management roles within the travel industry, leadership coach Chris March spent time during the pandemic, which hit his sector particularly hard, reflecting on what he was most passionate about. For him, this was the ability to positively impact people’s lives through coaching.

While he became a certified life and success coach in 2021, officially through the Jay Shetty Certification School, and a certified executive coach in 2022, officially through the Center for Executive Coaching. March’s coaching skill set was something that he additionally developed throughout his career.

“During the pandemic, I thought to myself, what would I do if money didn’t matter, and it always came back to helping people,” March said. “I always coached people in different capacities and was someone people came to for advice.”

Most recently, in 2022, March launched his own coaching business. Although in its early stages, he already has many client success stories.

According to March, hearing from his clients that his coaching has made a difference in their lives is hugely motivating.

“I was coaching a business owner, and she told me that I changed her life,” March said. “She struggled with work-life balance, shutting off from work and making time for family. I was able to help her with creating structure in her day and realizing that there is more to life than just working. Hearing this from someone reinforces that I am on the right track. It is incredible to hear that you played a small part in making someone's life better.”

Even with his wealth of training as a lifelong learner, March continues to develop his coaching skills. These include certification as a neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) practitioner by March 2023. More than anything, he hopes to continue helping others achieve their goals.

“My purpose right now is purely about having an impact,” March said.
