Dr. Sana Yusuf, a dedicated general dentist and United States Army Veteran, has not only established a successful dental practice but has also expanded it into a unique medical spa.
With a background that includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine, Dr. Yusuf's passion for her work has remained unwavering throughout her journey.
"I have been in the dental field since I was 16 years old and held every role up to this point, including reception, dental assistant, insurance coordinator, and doctor, so I have a strong understanding of every position in this office," Dr. Yusuf explained.
Her path began when she got braces and experienced the excitement of a transformed smile. However, it was the birth of her son at 19 that motivated her to ensure she could support him by pursuing a career in dentistry.
"I went into an accelerated dental program straight out of high school, and after having my son, I was certain I was doing it 100%," she recalled.
